Why ten you ask? Because once you get past trying to name 3 or 4, it starts getting hilarious.

Here's my attempt.

1. Brees. Duh.
2. Archie Manning
3. Aaron Brooks
4. Bobby Hebert
5. Jeff Blake (would be in this spot if he had stayed healthy)
6. Jim Everett
7. Jake Delhomme
8. Billy Kilmer
9. Steve Walsh
10. John Fourcade

That’s a sad list after 3.

...and the fact Jeff Blake is at #5 even though he really didn’t even make it through 1 season is even sadder... and the fact I’m not disputing Blake’s ranking is the saddest of all.

brees
brooks
hebert
delhomme

uh insert any other name.

i won't list manning based on "if's". if so, any qb who has ever taken a snap would be eligible.

I think it's actually:

Brees
Brooks
Jim Everett
Blake
Delhommme*
Hebert
Wade Wilson

*Delhomme would be higher had he actually played more for the Saints.

I made my list based on who I felt gave us the best chance of winning games at the QB position, not as much stats, and potential if stayed healthy or on team...no matter the good/bad team surrounding them)

1 Brees
2 Hebert
3 Everett
4 Blake (I am in same boat with ranking him high on what he was becoming before injury)
5 Manning
6 Brooks
7 Kilmer
8 Dave Wilson
9 Stabler
10 Billy Joe Hobert (wasn't most gifted QB, but the team was rallying around him and he was gritting it out hard, selflessly before injury)

honorable mentions:
Wade Wilson (just for his 5-0 stretch at beginning of 93 season...he could have had more success if not for Carl Smith)
Fourcade

Top 10 Quarterbacks who made me drink heavily......

10. Richard Todd
9. Kerry Collins
8. John Fourcade
7. Mike Buck
6. Jim Everett
5. Steve Walsh
4. Danny Wuerfell
3. Billy Joe Tolliver
2. Heath Shuler
1. Billy Joe Hobert
I think the fact that we had two Billy Joes on the roster at the same time, probably contributed to your drinking the most. How in the world can two QBs, in the NFL, play at the same time, on the same freaking team?!?! How does a FO seek this out??? And they sucked!!!
