The thing about Rob is his defense could not and did not handle the pistol offense. The pistol is here to stay until defensive minds stop it. I just wish we could hire a younger guy that has the knowledge of facing the pistol.

Correct. The Ravens did a pretty good job of shutting it down in the SB, especially in the first half. It really only takes one off-season to sit down, view game film, and figure out what worked against that formation. It won't take very long for teams to figure it out. Then it will begin to get phased out because teams won't want their high-salary QBs getting hit all the time risking injury.
