VERITY, VERITY,VERITY. he had a great preseason that's why Balt. stashed in on the PS , all we have to do is sign him to our active roster

To be fair, we can only sign him if he wishes to be signed.

I'm clearly speculating here, but he may not have been interested in taking a job that was definately going to end when Lutz is healthy leaving Verity swinging in the wind.

As it is, he has a PS job until that long term opportunity comes along. And it probably will.

We should have just kept Rosas for another week. But hindsight .....

If they sign someone from another PS, they have to keep them on the active roster for at least 3 games. Not sure when Lutz will be back. Also, teams have the option to protect a player on their PS. I would doubt the Ravens do that for a kicker, but it is a possibility.
