I thought I'd get a view on who people think will be the final NFC wild card team.

The Bears, Saints, Eagles, Seahawks, and Cowboys are all in already, but the final spot is open.

Who will it be and why?

Has anyone seen the complicated scenarios for each teams hopes.

from my understanding if green bay wins and new york loses, green bay is in. i have a feeling the pack will surprise the bears. i'd actually like to see that too. get them to close the regular season on a down note.

The Packs have as good of a chance as the Cats......I don't think the Giants have any chance......I know one thing...both the Bears and Saints will play hard not to lose to a div rival, so they both (Packs and Cats)will have a huge problem winning this game......I would like the Rams chances if not for Haslet and his side kick Venturi.....they both will find a way to screw it up somehow...... Crows will lose, I hope......so I have to pick the Packs as the team who might find a way to win.....but if they lose......I think all teams might lose too....so the Giants will qualify by default....

I think the Giants lose (what else is new?) and the Pack shocks da Bears by playing their best game of the year :)

If the the Giants lose and the Pack wins, the Pack is in. However, if they both lose and the Rams win, they are in.

The Pack and the Rams are the most likely.

Even if the Giants win, they must win by a certain score because if the packers win too, they have a better strength of victory (don't ask) record. I don't know what that score would have to be though. I do know the Pack has a better SOVR right now though.

The Giants lose on Saturday, the Birds beat the Iggles on Sunday afternoon, then the Pack goes down in flames to da Bears D on Sunday night.

I assume you're saying you think the Rams will get in with a victory over the Vikes....

I voted with my heart and went with the Packers. I would love to see Farve in the playoffs one more time. The NFC Championship would be the earliest we could see the 6th seed, so that works for me. Farve and the Saints in the NFC Championship in the SuperDome! Of course, we whoop 'em in that game!

I would absolutely love that game. I think it'd be simply beautiful.

Like everyone else.. I'm thinking the Pack will pull off the upset.. and that the Giants are gonna stumble big time this weekend...

The weird thing would be.. I could see the pack/bears having to play -three- times this season...

1) Cowboys (3) vs. GB (6): GB upsets big D
2) Eagles (5) vs. Seahawks (4): We'll just go Eagles here..

Bears vs. GB, Eagles vs. NO

(It'd be INTERESTING to see what'd happen in that bears vs. gb rematch...) {if it's GB/Philly.. oh well, it was fun while it lasted for the Pack.)

Now, Now, let's be fair to Haz and Vent. They will do one of two things and neither one of them would be good. If they win, then the wrong teams will win causing them to miss the playoff,...OR if they lose, then all of the right teams will win and lose for them. :ezbill:
