10. New Orleans: Sedrick Ellis, DT, USC
Former teammate and current Saint Reggie Bush could tell the team's braintrust how good Ellis is. He is the second best defensive tackle on the board after Glenn Dorsey, and New Orleans certainly could use an infusion of talent at that position.
