I am not opposed to moving down from #13 to bottom third of the round, but NOT for merely a 3rd round pick. I also think Kendricks would be a great selection around #20 or so, but not at 13. Unfortunately, however, I think that there is more likelihood for Loomis to move up to around #7 to #9, giving up our second round choice to get a premium player who would otherwise be gone by the time we select.

I didn't know about compensatory draft pick rules. Other than the Saints are never getting any.

The irrelevant part is in this scenario Kansas City could still part more of with their original draft picks and keep a good number for themselves.
