Since Taysom can't do what he does as the backup QB, who do yall think will be our backup?

Will we sign a veteran FA, draft a rookie, let Taysom be number 2 and shut him down, or let him be number 2 and roll the dice and let him play his game?

Lets try to kick the tires on Shane Falco. I think he would be a formidable backup.

Well why were at it lets see if Willie Beaman is still available. I know he maybe a little long in the tooth now but, as long as he can blow some chunks he should be good to hook.

I say send a 7th round pick to Miami for Josh Rosen.

A trade for Josh Rosen makes perfect sense. I think he’s gotten raw deals since he’s been in the league. I’d love to see what CSP could get outta him. And it’s not like we’re dealing with ur Canfield or Grayson type this guy still has legitimate 1st rnd talent

Taysom is the backup QB. Saints will be targeting players at the position Hill filled in for (TE, WR, RB) he played there out of necessity not because he was so talented, he's NOT a TE or RB or WR we lacked depth at TE, RB and WR now with Taysom firmly cemented as the backup QB the Saints will draft and sign players to fill those voids.
I disagree here meily... There aren’t other players like Taysom Hill. He’s extremely unique.
Until Taysom Hill is the full-time starting QB, the Saints would be doing themselves a disservice by having him hold a clipboard on the sideline.
Hill was the best player on the field in the Vikings playoff loss, and he’s a weapon on the offense.

Hill is 3rd on the chart just for this reason. NO WAY possible could couch remove that chess piece from the table.
