Dunno if Easton would be better than Peat long term but good to have depth, if they scheme within his strengths.

Peat when healthy is a good Guard. Maybe not elite, but pretty good.

He has some off games but he always gets hurt and is hobbled for weeks on end, which hurts his game.

Think they like Clapp in his roll. Flexible and 6th man jumbo package. In a crunch, Clapp can fill in. Nick is a direct replacement only and keeps Clapp in his roll. It's a numbers game due to roster size.

Because Clapp has more versatility and is better in the “swing OT” role. Easton is a better pure OG.
