Why Brees is involved in the labor dispute (ESPN) (1 Viewer)

there are men who are leaders for a couple of hours a week. Then there are men who are leaders 24 hours a day and 7 days of the week. Drew belongs to the latter. And like so often in history, those who take a leadership role to better a situation will also make sacrifices, and suffer from catching flack. I can imagine he even knowed it when he decided to stand up for everyone. We're so blessed to have him.

for those that couldnt see it before it was deleted. it mentioned something about brees is trying to kill the nfl the way he killed his mother. and something about him coming out later saying that him and his mother were working things out after she had died is "so convenient" since only one party was alive to comment on it...

glad they deleted it though. he must be a falcons fan and still crushed that the saints have their rings and the falcons dont. :hihi:

How far the NFL has come from it's brightest stars crossing picket lines to it's brightest stars taking a very public stand.

I don't agree with his comment that NO would be nowhere without football.
