I saw some articles on why was the ball spotted so quickly for the Rams as vs with the Cowboys.
What we cannot see is what does Kupp do with the ball after he gets up. I am guess he is giving it to the Ref instead of spotting it himslef. Also, from when Kupp is tackled and when the ball was spiked, it took 18 seconds. So was it really spotted so much more quickly?
