I think his understanding of the issues afflicting the area are usually on point but I find him boring. New Orleans might have one of the worst voting blocks in the country, they have elected very bad leadership for decades. Kaare knows this and continues to troll himself with it.

He knows fire is hot and burns, yet he touches it anyway and acts surprised everytime he gets burned.

Deanne’s was there at the time (though now that I think about it, maybe not in the same bldg)
Lakeview was about 4 blocks further into the east than deanies

I recall Blackened Voodoo and Crimson Voodoo being pretty decent. Then again, it's been a while.
