PTs deal is only 2.5 million, his base salary as a vet is like 900k, there isn't much room to be had from. A restructure.

Principal cap room will come frm Smith/Vilma cuts/restructure. That'll happen in the next 31. Herring being cut seems likely still, just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it won't.
