Why can’t all of our LBs be more like Rickey Jackson?

i mean essentially that's what all the WR threads were this season

All I can think of the pressure on Garret Hartley when he kicked the field goal in overtime to get us to the super bowl !! And he was money in the Super Bowl as well. To this day I will buy the man a drink at a bar should I ever be given the opportunity

Yeah, but he is the exception. Usually the kickers making a lot of money seem to make more clutch kicks. Why the bears paid him so much is beyond me when he has been missing a lot of kicks. And his money is guaranteed so they are stuck with him.

Because the contract was agreed to brfore the season and he missed the kicks during the season.
