Hinted about talking future as Saint.

Someone needs to ask Cowherd about the rant he went on a few months ago about New Orleans getting too many sporting events and basically dissing the city. Seeing as how he has his smug $$$ sitting in the quarter in 70 degree beautiful weather doing his show.

He went off again earlier today. He was commenting on Sean's comments last week that the city needs to welcome Roger and show him how wonderful a city it is.

Colin's rant was saying how many events the city has gotten since Katrina i.e. BCSCG (x2), Superbowl, Final 4 and even threw in Mardi Gras and how fortunate the south in general is and if anyone should have a complete about not getting enough sporting events, it should be the midwest.

He completely missed the point about why Sean was saying it. It's not because we don't want to get more events, it's because many of us cough up bile at the thought of Roger coming here after what has gone on this year.

Hopefully Cowterd takes Will Smith with him when he goes home.

any recap yet?

Not sure if it has happened but I'll recap.

Will Smith is a pure 43 DE. He is schedule to make about $12 million next season despite being ranked as among the worst ends in the game last season. He is also going to be 32, this will be the last year on his contract and the Saints will not take a penalty for releasing him.

The writing on the ball is in big Red bold letters with exclamation points, highlights and underlined.

In regards to NOLA getting so many SB's, someone should get right behind Turd's set and blast this

If he is still crying about the midwest not getting Super Bowls, can you imagine what that guys show would be like the day the NFL announces the first Super Bowl in Kansas City? He'd be screaming for weeks about how the NFL has lost its mind and how horrible Kansas City is, etc.

A Loomis armored cash truck drove behind the set when Cowherd asked him about his future in New Orleans.

He's making a fair point, but using what SP said is a bad spring board. Miami and New Orleans always get big games (Sugar bowl, Orange Bowl) because that's where the game is held and it's always a major event. The Superbowls come down here all the time because of weather, infrastructure, and they are party cities. I see why they want NYC to have a superbowl. It's the ultimate VIP town (other than maybe LA). Of course, it would make more sense if the NFL actually had a stadium in NYC, not NJ.

Is Chicago always passed up? Yes. And they have a huge stadium, it's in downtown, is on a major train line, is walkable to all kinds of museums to set up a lot of NFL events and has a great down town. It would be a perfect host city, but it's too stupid cold in winter.

But is NO getting too many events? No. It always hosted a ton of events. It's not because of Katrina. It's because once certain organizations host something here, they realize why everyone else does too.

But it is in 3D, so he needs to wear glasses to see it.

It was probably Loomis taking back Will Smith's future contract money back to Airline Dr.

I really despise the turd (not the Fresh Prince, he is just 3 years past his prime)

cowheard is clueless, doubt he proof reads his own garbage
