I'm sure most of you remember what we had in 2017 with Ingram and Kamara after the initial slow start to the season. Brees would be Brees when we needed him to be. But then 2018 started, and with Ingram missing the first four games, I'm not sure we ever really got back to that.

Payton certainly wasn't shy about giving Latavius Murray carries the other day, which wasn't the case last season.

I think we will see emphasis on the backs although I think the added plays for them will come more in passes than runs. The commitment to run Murray was encouraging to say the least though.

Run game can't breathe with no passing game. I'll depend if we can win in the trenches

I think the Saints are going to do some smashmouth running plays but also throw in some creative offensive plays while feeding Sanders. Setting up good field position should help the Saints and defense immensely
