There are just too many "ifs" to make a prediction. *If* he improves his decision making, he could be amazing. *If* he can stay cool under pressure and not revert to reckless gunslinging when the clock's ticking down and there's a blitz in his face, he could have real staying power. If this, if that, ...
None of those ifs are impossible or unattainable, but they are most definitely ifs.
