1. Romeo Crennel - Former head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs
2. Vic Fangio - Defensive Coordinator for the San Franciso 49ers
3. Jack Del Rio - Defensive Coordinator for the Denver Broncos

My Dark Horse:

Kirby Smart - Defensive Coordinator at Alabama.

Fangio runs a very basic scheme. That won't fit what we are doing because we don't have that level of talent. It's kind of like the Bears version of a 3-4.

Fangio and Del Rio aren't going anywhere... Del Rio is in a brand new gig already, why would he up and leave? Why would Fangio leave a great gig already at SF to become anything other than a HC. Doesn't make sense.

Crennel is probably one of the best choices out there, he'd be my choice he's one of those guys you really like as a coordinator, not so much as a head coach. After that i dunno, maybe Rob Ryan, but i don't like him for the same reasons i don't like Rex they are both loud mouths that tend to spew a lot of hot air.

EDIT: Ryan is gone to the Rams.

Definitely excited to see who we hire, i'm thinking that SP already has someone in mind as this went down fast.
