Ever since he played him, I've always thought of Kevin Spacey as the "real life" Lex Luthor. And that's not a good thing.

If investors think they're in store for a contentious divorce, her expected take in this thing could drop by literally tens of billions of dollars. So they clearly got out ahead of it and said everything is hunky dory to not spook anyone. But this dude has been exploring international waters for months now. That's not sitting well. It will need to be done with the precision of a surgeon, but there's certainly some animosity to stir up there.

Okay, if that's how you want to play it. He may have been "stepping out", he may not have. They were already separated, they just didn't issue a statement. But now going public with his "soon to be ex-girlfriend" -- heh -- for the sake of their children and, perhaps investors, yes, they got out ahead of it. In other words, they are grown ups. It's refreshing.
