Really nothing to make jokes about though. Someone like him deserves a better end to his career if this is it.
I agree, wholeheartedly! I have had chronic neck problems for almost 7 years now and need a 3 level fusion. I have had chronic pain for all of those years. It is something I wouldn't wish on anyone! For someone who has contributed so much to the game, I hate to see him go out like this!

Peyton has nerve damage in his neck that might require a repeat surgery - but hey, it's the back soreness that will keep him out the opener.
