To me they need pass rushing ends and possibly an upgrade on the OL.

The Pats need linebackers more than anything. Their ends are fine. But yes, they need to improve their pass rush, which comes with those hybrids in their scheme. Seau and Bruschi are probably going to retire, so you've got Adalius and Vrabel. You need linebackers, including one outside pass rusher.

If they could pick up a power running back to balance their offense some...I could see them doing that if the right player was there....then LB would be a next best choice...knowing BB being of defensive mind...he'd probably go with something defense wise...
