To be based off of Mark Miller's 'Old Man Logan'...

I kinda surprised that they're finally making an R rated Wolverine movie, especially since the budget is around $120 million. Maybe if its successful, Batman is next.

I just hope they are going R because that's what the story needs and not a knee-jerk reaction towards Deadpool's success. DC/WB is the worst when it comes to misunderstanding success and failure but Fox has shown they can screw up a can't miss idea.

Xmen and Spidey were my favorite comics growing up- now when there is an announcement of a new installment i just can't muster the enthusiasm

I guess this means we will never get an on-screen Wolverine who isn't nerfed to a fare-thee-well.

Damn shame.

Too bad they can't reference Spiderman, but this last page from Wolverine 181 is priceless.

Sorry it's hard to read the text.

Basically he tells her it's ok to look now that they're outside. She says "can I ask you something" "sure darlin'" "Are you spiderman?" No Darlin... Spiderman's a sissy.

^that was awesome right up until the car chases
it looks like it wants to be Unforgiven (with a whiff of Josey Wales) and then some producer is like "he we have lots of Fast & Furious 8 b roll, you should use it"

still it could just be an over-edited preview and the movie is mostly gritty/real

THROUGH HIS HEAD
THEY WENT THROUGH HIS HEAD
YES

and lowercase stuff

So, what's the deal? I thought he doesn't really age. I also thought his healing powers would prevent the scarring. Is there a story behind this?
