Just for context, these are the worst teams over the last 2+ seasons. Just putting it out there for folks to think about where we rank, and what those teams in our 'range' have done recently in terms of major franchise changes.
7) Chargers 14-21 (McCoy)
Niners 14-21 (Harbaugh-Tomsula-Kelly)
Redskins 14-21 (Jay Gruden)
Giants 14-21 (Coughlin 2x, now McAdoo)
Saints 14-21 (Payton)
6) Raiders 12-23 (Sparano/Allen, Del Rio 2x)
5) Bears 11-24 (Trestman, Fox 2x)
4) Browns 10-25 (Pettine 2x now Jackson)
3) Bucs 9-26 (Smith 2x, now Koetter)
2) Jaguars 8-27 (Bradley)
1) Titans 6-29 (Whisenhut-Malarkey)
The only teams on the list that have not changed coaches at some point in this run are the Skins, Chargers, Saints and Jags.
Not sure if that makes any argument stronger or weaker, but thought it was interesting group of teams - and not one we would usually associate with the Saints under Payton.
(FWIW we've lost to 4 of the 6 teams below us during that time.)
