No. The rule was dropped in 2011 when the active game day roster was expanded to 46 players.

I found it a bit odd when we continued to use Taysom on offense as a TE/WR after 9 went down, regardless of the receiver injuries. It'll be interesting to see if we sign a QB today.

If we don't, then Taysom has to be off limits on offense.
