That is seriously one country that I never need to visit.

Completely serious questions: do they have insurance? speed limits? latches that keep their car doors closed? police that write fault tickets for accidents so one person has to pay everything? Is it just some crazy every man for himself thing where nobody cares? My mind boggles at that video.

from what I understand it looks to be a every man for himself over there,lots of people have cameras in the cars because of high insurance fraud.so that is partially why the meteor was caught on so many cameras

Insurance fraud is a huge deal over there and you basically won't get squat out of your insurance unless there is a video of the wreck.
