She's 115 pounds but can squat 255 and clean/jerk 170. She (Christmas Abbott) worked for a contractor in Iraq for four years and returned to teach Crossfit and compete in competitive lifting. Now she's blazing new territory as Nascar's first female pit crew member for Michael Waltrip Racing. She's not working the Cup series yet, but still a cool story.
