The biggest knock on this guy is his character. That's pretty much it. From what I've read about him, his character is pretty bad. I've read quotes about him from former teammates of his saying stuff like "he is a terrible guy" and "worst person they ever met" etc.. Yes, that bad... But if any team can handle his attitude, its the Saints.

Watch this video all the way through. He has a very interesting choice for his music for the video. The 2nd song is a song about the Saints :worthy: I love it. I'm pulling for this kid. Its Chris Carter's son. Carter is a total jerk, but he was a great football player. If his son can be half that good, which I think he can, then he will make it. Just get that attitude right and he is my camp beast this year. :9:

Also just a side note, watch how good he is at blocking downfield. He literally blocked 3 different players and escorted his runningback for about 80 yards or so. And check out the block just before the 7 minute mark. Holy moly!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he sign with the Vikings as an UDFA?

Edit: Just looked it up. I agree with you 100%. He's definitely worth a shot...has all the potential in the world. And to have him possibly teaming up with the best offense in the NFL...wow...

Duron Carter had a bit of a rough start but apparently settled down later. (Supposedly he dropped his first three catches, very un-Carter like.) He was also worked out at punt returner, alongside Cordarrelle Patterson, Greg McCoy, Jerodis Williams, and Bobby Felder. Keep in mind heritage/ pedigree aside, Carter is a long shot to even make practice squad at this point. Not only is he only at minicamp right now as a tryout (rather than a signed UDFA), he also hasn't really played football in 3 years. Let's all be 100% honest- this guy would have never even been remotely considered by an NFL team if it weren't for his father.

Apparently he never signed with the vikes. All I know is that I live in Minnesota and know alot of Vikings fans. I don't know a single person who wanted him to make the team up here. Every single thing you hear about him is about how terrible of a human being he is. Now I don't personally know a thing about him, but the fact that all these Vikings fans absolutely don't want Chris Carter's kid on their team has to worry you a little. Having said that, I trust the people in charge and understand that they know what they are doing.

If he's like his dad, all he done is catch touchdowns...

love how he cuts, but needs to get stronger, have to see how serious the kid is, he didn't show up to a pre draft workout, may just be doing this for his father

bet he would make a great safety
