I would go Watkins and Nelson myself. Alternatively, Kupp instead of Watkins. Kupp is the underneath possession guy, so he will give you receptions, but not as many yards as Watkins. Watkins is the stretch the field guy and more likely to get you a TD. Nelson is the top WR in Arizona while John Brown is out, so he is a definite start, I just picked him up myself in a number of leagues.

I own Larry in 2 leagues myself, but think that JJ Nelson is the #1 guy so far in Arizona. He certainly has more production this season than L Fitz does.
