If you could design your own prime-time, weeknight teevee schedule comprised of shows from past eras that you loved, what would a typical week look like? I realize that it's possible to watch some of the old shows via dvds and the web, but there are lot that are hard to find, and for the purposes of this exercise, let's pretend that this is your own personal retro channel for which you are the programming director.. Here is mine:

Cheers

Night Court

Welcome Back Kotter

All in the Family

Alice

The Dick Van Dyke Show

The A-Team

Really showing my age here, but:

The Red Skelton show
The Ghost and Mrs. Muir
The Courtship of Eddie's Father
The Paper Chase
James at 15
The Andy Griffith Show
Fame
The Greatest American Hero
the original Batman
Star Trek (with ........... William............Shatner)
SpeedRacer
Daktari

Throw 'em up there in whatever order you like. For the record, once they moved to the country, I hated Lucy, and I never liked "The Lucille Ball Show".
