Having Gayle's bank roll won't help if we are hindered by the salary cap.

That said, it's easy to pick the big names. So I'll go off the grid, just a little. I have pretty good knowledge of the Chargers and follow them (for reasons that aren't important). I'm sold on Tyrell Williams.

I'd also like to see Mark Ingram back....but I doubt we can sign him and a good FA WR. I think we need the WR more...and can add a decent RB to fill the Ingram roll for a favorable salary.
