For those familiar with my seemingly never ending saga of a life the following may come as a shock. For the first time in over 8 years, I have absolutely no one living at my house that wasn't part of my immediate family at the time of purchase. That's right...there are no in-laws at Hotel Nate anymore. To add to this sudden change of fortune, my wife and kids have decided to take off to Mississippi for fall break.

That means I'm all alone for the next week. Alone with a bottle of Wild Turkey and (as soon as I hit the store on my way home) plenty of tasty beer.:1zhelp:

Wait, who knew there were actual museums in Anniston?

Contrary to what my friend Jorge has to say, we actually have two museums here that operate together; the Anniston Museum of Natural History (the only museum in Alabama accredited by the Smithsonian) and the Berman Museum of World History (once a private collection).

They have real mummies! And a stegasaurus skeleton!

Wht a blast. All the high gravity beer I could drink from 6-10. I ended up bartending...more beer for me!!!! Then off to a bar to drink till we closed the place. Holy sheepsh*t i'm tore up from the floor up. this is great! Now i can sit in my uderwear and post stupid shat on a message board. Wild turkey time it is!!!!
