Is there a way to save a copy to your computer? I'd love to save a copy of the U2/Greenday set, but I don't see a way to do that from utube.

I have this one saved in my favorites at utube, but there's no guarantee that this one won't disappear any time soon.

I'm not sure why they would allow the U2/Green Day and not game footage but the NFL, and probably ESPN, has a team of people/'spider' apps that scour the net for anything that would 'compromise' the NFL/ESPN brand (read: if you want it, you have to buy it through NFL films)

If you use FireFox, there is an extension called VideoDownloader that lets you download videos from YouTube and other sites.

Well then there can't be any sports videos on Youtube anymore because of the copyright stuff, right?

The bitter end of this is that when a site, like SR, would ask permission to use the licensed material, the "no" would be so quick as to make your head spin. But if SR is non-profit, they could host such videos as fair use, no?

If that sort of thing is even technically and economically viable for the site...
