lawyers know semantics as well as anyone. Reading into word choices by Florio to Ginsberg and responses is futile.
Its so very simple.....Goodell states he has the evidence to prove this allegation. Show it.
If not, at this point, he is lying. Thats how simple it is. Ginsburg/Vilma are all in. Now they are publicly "calling" Goodell. Goodell better not be bluffing, or fold his hand after all the rounds of upping the bets along the way.
Funny thing is...he was upping them incrementally with every media leak, every speech, lil info here, lil there....but NEVER ONCE said "here in my hands...the proof" and laid it out for ANYONE ( including the accused ) to see.
