PFT Live with Chris "Crybaby" Kluwe and Peter Ginsberg

:smilielol: this is what the NFL has on its side? :smilielol: A punter? :smilielol: dude you are a freakin punter! :smilielol:

"Commissioner Goodell is putting this under the conduct detrimental clause so that he doesn't have to show evidence and can rule without proof and without arbitration. That wouldn't stand under any other court or system of adjudication in America." (paraphrased)

Talking about DJ Williams "non-human urine" specimen investigation now...

Sayin all the NFL did was provide the fact that the specimen was non-human urine, but no evidence regarding the collecting of the specimen (collector, the process of collecting a clean sample, why the collecting process would somehow get the urine from Williams and certify it as valid if it was non-human) -- making the case that they are ruling on partial evidence and not allowing conflicting evidence to be considered.

I am not a lawyer and not familiar with union laws but can union workers sue for this when parameters havr been collectively bargained?

Back to Vilma: "based on our investigation there are no witnesses who can say that Vilma gave any amount of money... and I don't think the Commissioner has any intention of providing any witnesses. We have asked two times ... and so far they have refused to tell us anything and refused to supply any witnesses."

I liked Ginsberg alot better on Moving the Chains.

With Florio he's dodging questions and not nearly as matter-of-fact.

(Paraphrased again)

"The commissioner has never explained what the process is or what it is supposed to be if there is a modicum of fairness he will show us evidence"

"The NFL has not given us any piece of evidence of any sort."

Florio: " Did Vilma ever offer to pay a bounty."

Ginsberg: "If you knew Vilma... you would know that is out of the realm of possibility. One penalty for roughing the passer in 3 years. I would say if anyone on the Saints offered money to hurt anyone, Vilma would have stood up and stopped it."

He did not flat out say no. I think there was something to that.

Kluwe is also well known as an avid Guitar Hero 2 player, having once made an appearance on Minnesota's 93X radio station while playing the game with Andy McNamara from Game Informer magazine.[6] He is also a frequent guest on Minnesota sports station KFAN for "Video Games Weekly" on Wednesday nights. During a KFAN interview on the PA and Dubay show, he admitted he was not very good at sports games.

Chris has also immersed himself into the MMORPG World of Warcraft, having earned over 8000 achievement points.[7] Kluwe plays a troll rogue named Loate[8] and has been a member of one of the formerly top-ranked US guilds, The Flying Hellfish, for over two years.[9]

I love hearing Ginsberg do interviews. Is there anything better than hearing a lawyer talk when he's defending your cause?
