DA is too insecure to make a change like that. ML is riding with DA, since he is ultimately the one that signed off on DA being good enough to keep trying to win with Sean’s players and scheme.

Throw in both of them being committed to a mediocre at best QB and an owner that has no experience/expertise at this level and you get our situation.
