Going 1-4 over the previous 5 weeks isn't enough evidence for some sort of coaching change? (1 Viewer)

We arent even seeing the illusion of trying.

Even if you change something and that fails too, its better than nothing at this point. At least create the perception that you arent just laying down. Saying we have to get better isnt enough anymore. Do something.

Ultimately, Im fine with it. We need him gone and the fastest we can get to that the better off we will be. So keep doing what youre doing.

It's pretty wild to me. Not even asking for anyone to get fired. Bring in an analyst, switch playcaller, or inquire about getting a consultant.

This is a playoff caliber team and we just gonna sit in the mud.
LSU brought in Pete Jenkins and LSUs d has gotten better. Carolina switched play callers from Reich. Try something, Rc first, then see what happens

Dennis isn't afraid to completely shatter a player's confidence, but got to coddle and provide safe places for his coaches that are underperforming.

The players seem to be defending their play caller, so I don’t think canning him is the right move.

And then MT this week more or less threw the QB under the bus when he said he didn’t go through his progression on that play where he threw it to the beer man in the stands.

I doubt any changes get made, but firing someone who has everyone’s support doesn’t seem like a way to put accountability where it belongs.

DA is too insecure to make a change like that. ML is riding with DA, since he is ultimately the one that signed off on DA being good enough to keep trying to win with Sean’s players and scheme.

Throw in both of them being committed to a mediocre at best QB and an owner that has no experience/expertise at this level and you get our situation.

So the players are running the franchise now? Is that why Loomis is invisible?

At some point, SOME point, you have to understand that we need to move on from Allen. 18-42 doesnt happen with good coaches. You cant be 18-0, and your dumpster fire franchise and your players are 0-42. 42 out of 60 is a terribe coach. The excuses cant overcome 42 out of 60. It is what it is.

Player preparation reflects on the coach. Excusing away poor attention to detail and lack of discipline is not the right way. The head coach is responsible for all of that.

I have no earthly idea what anyone sees in Dennis Allen that he is STILL getting excuses after losing 42 of his 60 games as a head coach. It just defies, everything.

I mean... You have no choice but to defend him. You gonna publicly call out your coaches while they are still your coach? No thank you.

This reminds me of the years special teams was absolutely horrid. Some correctly identified McMahon as the problem, but many kept saying it was the players not making the correct plays or not preparing well enough.

It muddied the waters until McMahon was finally fired, an miraculously special teams turned around and became a strength.

There’s too much talent on the offense for this to be a strictly player problem. The common denominator has been Pete. We can turnover the entire offensive player roster, and they will still struggle with constant player confusion until the rot infecting the offense is finally let go.
