Salary untouched, we were never going to do it outside of that. Wonder if we'll spend money on Tee Higgins next year. Amari Cooper may be an option too, he's in purgatory w/ Browns right now.
I know Higgins is playing for a contract, but he's looking really good. It looks like his game has evolved. OTOH, there is a Higgins at Iowa St. who is about the same size and looks like a good draft option.
