Making the case to heavily pursue Joe Brady for Head Coach

If I were looking for a coach to help us find a quarterback. I'd go for one who already found a quarterback. Not one who went two places that already had them.

Like those guys are ever available? if they have found a great, true franchise QB, that coach is probably not going anywhere for a good while....

I'm skeptical on Brady since he has only been good when he had great QBs. I guess he helped develop Burrow but Allen was more or less a finished product by the time he got there.

There is a good reason why Brady got promoted, quickly to OC.....and it's part of the reason IMO why Allen is having a career year. His turnovers are way down, which is really the part of his game that needed improvement....I agree there are a lot of unknowns with Brady as there would be with any 1st time HC, but I think its worth the risk.....
