So while I do agree that the Defense is not great right now, they may be better if they weren't on the field for 3/4 of the game. The offense can't get a drive going. So when your defense is old, they will definitely get tired and slower as the game goes on. But this offseason will be so much fun because we can evaluate EVERY position because every position is a need and a must.

We also sucked when we had all those players healthy. That dismal loss to Carolina we had Carr, AK, Juan and Taysom. Sure no team can win without its starters but the Saints can't do much better with them.

The Saints are not the only team dealing with injury. The Lion have been hit hard still find ways to win. The Bucs are not that far off from the Saints when dealing with inury. and will likely win the division.

Sure there is maybe a branching universe where the Saints never get hurt and muster 9-10 wins, but can we stop pretending like injuries are the only reason why this team sucks so bad.
