Can't win without an offense starter at any position. No QB, No RB, No WR, No TE.

So while I do agree that the Defense is not great right now, they may be better if they weren't on the field for 3/4 of the game. The offense can't get a drive going. So when your defense is old, they will definitely get tired and slower as the game goes on. But this offseason will be so much fun because we can evaluate EVERY position because every position is a need and a must.

Take Tampa at -14.5. If the line was 17.5, then I could see Tampa pulling starters late in the 4th with a 21pt lead to give up a garbage TD.

In week 9 the Saints lost to the Panthers,. Saints outgained the Panthers in passing: 230-166 and in running: 197-80. I think the defense lost that game.

Lets see a road game, Tampa has something to play for. Many Saints players have vacation or retirement plans in thier heads. Probably want to get on team plane quickly as possible.
