N/S Antonio Brown ( to be )suspended by Raiders (UPDATE: Raiders release AB) (1 Viewer)

Now we’ll see whether the rest of the league proves AB right and feeds his ego by signing him . . . or if he gets to sit at home and simmer down.

This is the unfortunate truth. My $ is on someone signing him. Either someone desperate, or someone good with reforming players.

I mean, or the Pats. It's always the Pats. They can never catch a break. /s

Already speculation that Patriots and Saints are two likeliest landing spots, as the coaches are the culture and could handle him and both teams have need for him, Saints in particular.

If anyone doesnt want AB, they are insane. Im sorry.

The Raiders got rid of a outstanding personality in Amari Cooper and wasted his talent. They got rid of the cornerstone in a player that was a absolute impeccable person in the community in khalil mack.

You guys are really going to listen to this media expertise that says every single year "Sean Payton is going to go coach Dallas" "Drew Brees is going to not retire a Saint"

c'mon man.

Do you think he'll play for 600k?
B/c that's about all the Saints have left in cap space.
I guess it depends. I haven't been following all the details of the story but with the Raiders cutting him are they still obligated to pay him anything at all? He can cost us the $600k against the cap with what the Raiders owe him making up the rest. I'm by all means not saying we should sign him, just saying that it may be possible to make it work.

This locker room is already closely knit and poison free. The last thing this team needs is a bona fide cancer. I don't care about his talent or how much it would benefit the saints on the field. The risk is too great.

I'd be willing to try him out for a one year rental of talent.

He's toxic. In every sense of the word.

There is no organization that can control his ego.none.

We went thru this on a micro scale with Cooks.

This guy would poison the locker room and completely destroy what SP has built.

I am 99% sure there is zero interest from the Saints.

He is dealing with something larger and needs professional help. We are seeing what mental illness does.

Think about the last 48 hrs. He plays the role of victim, lashes out, repeats, makes demands, capitulates then lashes out again. He is all over the place mentally. Not a good sign.

No. Raiders won't owe him jack after all the grievances are filed because he abused the GM and repeatedly missed meetings. He his contract will be voided under "conduct detrimental".

“C’mon man.” We’ve watched this guy create drama with, not one, but TWO organizations in less than a year. Fool me once, Shane on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
