Thank you for reminding me about how I learned about the band Ayreon. Years ago I got my first commercial phone I guess you could call it. HTC. I had trac fone before that. I used Google music on the new one and I answered the questions and it led to a song by Arjen Lucassen. He has many bands but the song that I loved was a Star One idea. I don't know which song it was but there's a 3rd album that's gonna come out next year and I'm excited! Here's a song from the first one that is about Stargate. Each song from a Star One album is about sci-fi movies. I forgot that Arjen himself responded to my message about this on youtube.com

The long haired guy at the end is Arjen and his bands very rarely play because he's similar to Tool's singer.

I want to change my name but it costs 500-1K plus signatures from random residents to make it happen. It was either straight Scorpius or Scorpius James Balthazar. SJB keeps my birth name initials but I want Scorpius on my drivers license. What should I do?

When I think of tool only one thought comes to mind. In the mid 90's I went through a divorce from my first wife of 2 years. I was a mental wreck during that time. I was making horrible decisions because I was living a "no forks given" kinda life. One of those decisions I was trashed one night camping by myself and ran out of cigarettes (I smoked back then but haven't for 20 years). Decided to leave camp and drove into town for smokes. On the way back to camp I rolled my truck over. I got knocked out in the wreck and when I woke up the truck was on its side and the radio was still playing. Tool undertow was the cd that was playing. I liked tool but since that moment I'm not sure I've ever went back and listened to it much until right now. Good album.

The issue I'd see is you need to make all new friends. It'd be weird trying to get everyone you currently know to start calling you by a new name.

I think Tool is overrated. They are the prog heavy metal version of ACDC. Their songs sound the same.

I do agree their songs sound the same but they have a groove which is where acdc made their money too. I lean towards that heavy nasty guitar sound. An old Pantera cake on Pandora earlier...dime definitely had that nasty guitar sound figured out. I'm also a huge fan of drums and Vinnie's kickers were tight. He taped silver dollars to them to get more attack on the kickers.
