Last 11 quarters of Saints football…. (1 Viewer)

It’s been better but it has also been against two utterly appalling teams. There are also still, visibly, significant issues.

I’m interested to see what they do against LA and Tampa, two average teams. Going to need to beat the latter and one of LA and Atlanta. I’d say that still feels quite unlikely.

Offense has become serviceable.
The Saints could become streaky at the right time with everyone coming back at the right time..

I think saints bucs is the statement game.

I did the numbers and it's possible we could host the cowboys in New Orleans 😂

The Giants were a hot team
coming into this game so I disagree.

The Saints have out scored opponents 80-24. I’m not saying we will go to the Super Bowl because it hasn’t always been pretty but this has been the best 11 quarters of Saints football in 2 years.

Offense: 7.27 pts per quarter

Defense: 1.81 pts per quarter.

Great 11 quarters for defense. Offense is just not stinking it up. Not too long ago 7 pts per quarter would be below our offense's average. Lol

True but fans have been saying since last year that we could win if the offense just scored 20 points a game. 7.27 a quarter is 29 a game. A shade under 30. We should win most games scoring 29.

11 quarters because you are throwing out that first quarter against the Lions where they went up 21-0, right? Also, the Lions score 12 points after that quarter, so wouldn't the 11 quarter total be 24 points scored - not 20?
