Completely depends on which eras style and rules you play under. For example, the only chance Gen Z and Millennials would have is playing under today's rules.

The landing space rule alone has completely changed the way the game is played. If the defense of the Silent Generation and Baby Boomers generation was allowed, half the players in Gen Z and Millennials would completely lose their sheet during the game and spend most of the time whining to the refs

Boomers hands down. I bet most of us answering this question are Gen X because Boomers are who we watched growing up. It's easy to pick a problem like Shaq off of the Gen X squad, but there are 5 problems on the Boomer squad.
