13 Reasons Why (Netflix Series) (1 Viewer)

I just finished this show on Netlfix. I figured there would be a thread about on here. Did a search, nothing. Anyway I've been hearing a lot of buzz about the show so my wife and I decided to give it a shot. The premise was very compelling and after the first episode we had to know what happened so we knocked it out in a few days.

This show has some very, very disturbing scenes. And this is coming from a guy who isn't disturbed by much. It's not a great show and I basically had to hate watch the last several episodes, but it brings up some tough issues. Now that I have two daughters shows like this really make me think about what it's going to be like when they get to high school.

Anyway, anyone else watched it?

Saw it. Like that girls can see what can happen before it does

I thought it was pretty good. The acting isn't the strongest from some of the supporting cast, but boy does the message get through. It really shows how callous kids can be to each other, how parents can easily miss the signs, how schools go through the motions...how you don't know what someone's going through.

Wasn't the best thing in the world but it did make you think.
