2023 offseason: WR Tet McMillan said its hard for him to watch film and doesn’t watch film by himself

This could potentially be huge red flags in not refining his route running/separation skills at the pro level and inability to learn his pro offensive scheme. Particularly in being on the same page with his QB on consistently running the correct route.

Definitely not the only NFL player that doesn’t watch football. Some guys are just very good at the game but don’t care much for the fan part of it. Probably should have kept the film watching bit to himself though.

This kind of puts McMillan in the same reach boat as Williams and Stewart to me. I’d rather have Matthew Golden, or get Jay Higgins or Tre Harris in the 2nd.
Tet already wasn’t that much apart from any of them as WR prospects.

If we want a big physical WR to meet a prototype size/traits, we could sign a vet FA Tyler Boyd or DJ Chark to an affordable 1-2 year deal. That feels better than throwing out a top 10 pick on a shaky player.
