This is good news if they can figure out how to properly use him. I think the defense actually got better this season when they stopped trying to move everything around to put Perkins in position to make every play. Hopefully they can put him in a position that involves more blitzing the QB and just let him play in the framework of the defense.

Bruh, I don't think he had a choice but to return. His uncle, who works at the Outback on Acadian, would've killed him.

I think he has to reintroduce himself somewhat. His misuse in 2023, plus the injury, plus the play from Weeks stepping into his position made it easy for folks to forget him.
