Cliff Burton, bassist for Metallica, was killed on tour when their bus turned over in an accident. RIP, such an amazing musician. I still look up to him and am always inspired by his music to this day.

My bro is bassist for Scale the Summit and got to go to Germany with a bunch of bass players. Metallicas, Megadeth, Bon Jovi, Beyoncé, Aretha Franklin all had their bass players there. He was star struck but it's cool he was invited. Just a side note I wanted to add.

Whoa...the guitar player in my band, the DEAD ROCK STARS, is cousins with the gtr player for Scale the summit. We live in Austin TX. His last name is Byrne but somehow he's related. I've seen scale the summit twice. Pretty sick. Sorry for thread jack.

Cliff Burton was amazing tho. He had a unique style. His own.
