I would prefer he brings someone from Detroit.I don't think we have to worry about that. I think the most likely scenario would be if Aaron Glenn came and agreed to keep the offensive staff but Kubiak had already left. I'm guessing we would offer the job to Janoko.

Promote Jonoko maybe? I'd like to think he'd try to retain him. No one suffered more injuries than the Kubiak's Clan and so it's a legit reason for his struggles.
