Am I the only one that has a number on their alert icon, that refuses to go away. Despite, checking the threads? It was stuck on 30 alerts for a few days. Now, it’s stuck on 58, and refuses to go away.

Do you press the back button after viewing a thread or do you click the SSF button again?
If you press click SSF, it takes you back to the Super forum home page and refreshes it. Did I help? Lol

Typically, I just go back into the alerts for the next thread to read, and it would disappear after reading. Now, it doesn’t matter if I go to the alert icon or SSF. It seems stuck

Did that, but it’s still there

@Andrus....do you have any insight on this? And no, the extended warranty on my automobile is not about to expire?

I would log out and log back in. Turn phone off and then back on. If those don't work, I would log in on a computer while logged out on your phone and try to see if alerts show up on computer. If not, log back in on phone.

And those re-finance rates are great.

It happened to me. I unchecked all alerts, signed out, closed the window. When I signed back in they were gone. Checked everything back and it’s been fine

Got it. Clicked on the alert icon, scrolled to the bottom, hit show all. The next screen that popped up, I hit the 3 bar “your account”option to actually open a side screen. Tapped on the bolded Alerts option, and they disappeared.

And yes, refi rates are great right now
