Harris elevated again. I hope he does not have to play much. He did not look good against the Bengals. Burrow found him often.

That’s putting it nicely!

Harris looked like he had no business playing in a NFL game… on one play I remember seeing him literally jump on the ball carriers back and just hang on!
…and that was one of his better plays!

That trade was terrible in foresight. I’m still salty about it. Maybe Alontae Taylor or Smoke Monday will eventually be able to fill that role
It wasn't great, but if Dennis couldn't manage his personality issues. There was no way around it. Dennis too nice to set CeeDee straight. So, you was backed in a corner.

What made it terrible is the line "We like the depth at that position"...

That didn't age well at all and honestly didn't make sense. Taylor wasn't ready year one. Roby gets moved to boundary due to other injuries; Taylor, and PJ gets injured. We lost our depth. We went from starting a rookie and back up to street agents.

Really turned out to be an awful move.

What was even more odd was when I saw his number. You don’t see many 19’s (I believe) on defense.

YES please... we need to try another player at nickel corner. Trading CeeDee was a terrible move in hindsight.

Anyone that’s been watching this team in recent years knew this was going to be a regrettable move.

It’s like it took us years to put together a great secondary, and as soon as we had one, they took it for granted and tore it apart.

Should of paid Williams. Got Mayes. Tell CeeDee to play out his final year or get benched. Ruin his value. I know Saints got a big image as being player friendly, but they was too accommodating to CeeDee.

I liked Ceedy too, but it seems to me that Williams was a much more important piece of the defense. Yet the fans love, love Ceedy and seem to have been mostly "meh" about Williams.

That's because a large part of this forum decided Williams would just always be in their personal dog house. Williams misses one tackle every five games and this place would shred him like he was Jason David.

Now they're seeing safeties who play how they tried so hard to claim Williams did, and are being educated on actual dog poo safety performance.

YES! Williams missed one tackle every five games and the guys we have now miss five tackles every game.

They did the same to our O line after we won the Super Bowl.
